Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

Increasing Productivity, While Decreasing Stress: A Health & Wellness Initiative

Client: Instructional Design Company

Problem: The client wants to increase productivity by 10% and decrease absenteeism by 15% by the end of Q4. They want an Instructor-Led Course to train their managers and team leads to identify verbal and non-verbal communication stressors in their employees and how incorporating a health and wellness initiative could help increase workplace morale and productivity while reducing stress and absenteeism. This is the first module.

Solution: I used the ADDIE method to design this course for Stacy Margot (Margot Health, Wellness, and Consulting) and future instructors to facilitate training effectively.

This course includes:

  • Training Analysis (TNA)

  • Learner Persona (LP)

  • Facilitator Guide

  • Participant Workbook

  • Post Course Evaluation Survey

Tools:
