Client: Instructional Design Company

Problem: To teach instructional designers how to collect important information to design effective learning solutions tailored to company needs.

Solution: I created this instructional video using Storyline 360, Storyboard, and file assets. My goals were to enhance learners’ experience using images, animations, transitions, video, and a downloadable infographic. The previous audio track was revised by eliminating pauses and breathing sounds and modifying the volume. I also included closed captioning to make the interaction more accessible.

Getting Started with SEA

Client: Instructional Design Company

Problem: Seafood retailers need help navigating supply chains and complex human and labor rights issues. They face challenges ensuring that the seafood they source is produced ethically, workers' rights are protected, and legal accountability is upheld.

Solutions: The client wanted to make sure that the course would be accessible across a variety of devices (PC or smartphones). I designed this course using Articulate Rise 360 and the provided Storyboard. This course includes educational content, interactive activities, resources to help retailers communicate about social responsibility, building a SEA action plan, and more.
